Destructive Flooding Puts Southeast Asia at Risk
Nakhon Ratchasima, a city (thesaban nakhon) in the north-east (Isan) of Thailand and gateway to Isan Sixty of Thailand's seventy seven provinces have been affected by floods and mudslides over the past two months. Thirty provinces are currently curtently deluged and Chiang Mai, one of the largest cities was being prepared for evacuation (at the time of this writing).
