Seafood with dried shrimp Sambal — chillies paste — Indonesian style!   
 



Baby cuttlefish and whiteleg shrimp  —also known as Pacific white shrimp or king prawn — make my main dish.  



 
Pleurotus eryngii and Black wood ear as side dish.
