Yes, there's a returning "Candle Floats" truck —  from my last project for the Geographic Magazine featuring on documentary on the unbeknownst Candle Floats Carnival of Northerneast Thailand  a couple days prior —  bumping into us and tailgating our chartered coach while we were  racing on highway  crossing the border for my back-to-back assignment in Laos! I once got this official offers to stay at,  Not One But , a couple of brand new (soft launch) hotels all at once — that's exciting enough,  "the more the merrier," yeah!  — and you know what? In a newly created city, too!
