Ice Circle-Oregon

This video is of an ice circle that is floating in the middle of the Winberry river in Oregon. This perfect circle of ice is approximately 24 feet in diameter. If you look closely at the video, you will see that as the water runs by on both sides, the ice circle is slowly spinning in a counter clockwise direction. This video was taken on 12/11/2009.
