I had never considered myself as a pizza-and-pasta lover

I didn't understand why people always say that Americans are crazy about pizzas, and I declined friend's pizza-and-pasta gatherings without second thought all my life. Maybe I don't like pastas (noodles and dumplings), especially Chinese pastas! Perhaps I used to hate anything sour (eg. Orange, tomato paste and ketchup) and even its smell.

But the more I exam the architecture of my life, the more I realize how I spend so precious time to prepare the over-night pasta sauces, and made my Boarder Collie (, Ninety,) and Flat Coated Retriever (, Coke,) restless and eager like salivating zambies, whenever between my frantic assignments and projects.

At first, I was thinking about its convince to whip up (so, I painstakingly slow stewed the over-night sauces every time?) and the ingredients are simple and easy to pick up from my staple pantry and refrigerator (that is so true).

Strangely, I see the pizzas and pastas as part of my comfort foods after chunky burgers, fries, grilled cheese and patty melt ONLY in recent years.

Oh, I like dollops of cheeses, heaping of pastrami, pepperoni and beef sausage on top. Probably that is the reason I like it!
