Yes, there's a returning "Candle Floats" truck —  from my last project for the Geographic Magazine featuring on documentary on the unbeknownst Candle Floats Carnival of Northerneast Thailand  a couple days prior —  bumping into us and tailgating our chartered coach while we were  racing on highway  crossing the border for my back-to-back assignment in Laos! Champasak can be reached from Thailand through the Chong Mek border crossing, at Vang Tao, from where the highway leads east towards the city of Pakxe
