Overlooking Hekou, meaning Estuary in Chinese, (China border) from Lao Cai, meaning Old Street in Vietnamese, (Vietnam border) across the river in my back.
The Victoria Express Train is for their guests only (you must stay at Victoria Sapa hotel in order to be able to book Victoria Express Train).
As the seating on Victoria Express, running from Hanoi to Lao Cai, North Vietnam, especially Deluxe cabin is limited. They said "booking of your berth (and your hotel room) at least 30 days in advance is recommended."
