Trying to micromanage circumstances is not the best way to manage a conflict 

The truth is you are facing an opponent who requires a great deal of tact to win over. It is a real boundary alert; they always voluntarily developed a dependence on you and always in a crisis with mood swings and anger outbursts (hence, people always "mistakenly" see them as a "Drama Queen" here; it's never that simple and it won't just stop there, mind you!) via endless white lies (they are born liars and ruthless takers), calculated framing (never belittle their subpar I.Q., crass and childish), baseless sabotaging (due to their untalented nature but remorselessly jealousy can drive them amazingly all over the board) to bully, subdue then enslave you. Leave you often buffled and not know how to deal with it properly.

Traits: they, genetic schizophrenia persons, all want to be a teacher/mentor/mouthpiece/philanthropist /religious leader & official/judge/officer/smug punk/spokesperson/influencer/..., in short, a malcolm in disguise, (with an always-seem-too-small microphone and limelight) served as a stepping stone to go to great lengths to reach and quench their inner powerthirst for (power, sex, fame and money equals) people's life and death domination.

Don’t get pulled into cycles of argumentation. Be concise with your response. Sharing is caring but only if it comes from the heart. Authenticity is key. And prioritizing your happiness over someone else’s dysfunction. Once you recognize how genetically toxic people can erode this basic sense of self-worth, it becomes harder and harder to allow them in your life.
