It literally means "your mouth is bored" in Korean. 

This phrase is difficult for foreigners to understand nor to translate correctly, even for local long-term expats. I am also searching on the Internet in vain. Until recently, I began to have a vague craving for snacks, and exotic foods outside my usual food chain. I suddenly came up with a most appropriate English phrase, called "emotional hunger"!

No, no. Don't get me wrong! I didn't eat that caterpillar and I was not that hungry. It was just that worm crawled up my picnic bench while I was munching the unusual snacks. Perhaps, it was looking for brand new food, too.
